The Bay Area Speech Studio is a private speech therapy practice providing play-based therapy in the homes and preschools of the pediatric population in the San Francisco Bay area. At the Bay Area Speech Studio we believe that our patients have the most therapeutic gains when they are fully engaged in a child-centered, play activity with toys and objects that can be found in the home or at school to increase carry over and the occurrence of language and speech targets even when the therapist is not there.
At the Bay Area Speech Studio we pride ourselves on being a convenience to the families we serve by coming to your house or your child’s preschool to provide speech therapy services. We have found that this is significantly more comfortable for the child and increases the speed and progress towards the patient’s individualized goals.
